Optagon is proud to announce its participation as beneficiary in an ACTPHAST4.0 innovation project that aims at the fabrication, packaging and system characterization of a PIC-based optical equalizer unit for short-reach optical interconnects. The system design and use of the unit is based on a proprietary concept of Optagon. The project started on the 1st of June 2019 and is expected to conclude within the first quarter of 2020 with the system characterization of the optical equalizer.
